A graduate of Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto with Bachelor Degree of Science in Management Studies. He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute London and has an MBA degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Diploma in Insurance (Distinction) from the famous West African Insurance Institute Banjul, The Gambia.
Binji started his Insurance career with Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation where he worked in Investment, Underwriting and Marketing departments. He then moved to pioneer Zenith Insurance Company a subsidiary of (Zenith Bank) as zonal Head/Northern operations a position He held for 9years.
Prior to joining FIN Insurance as MD/CEO, Binji was appointed by the Federal Government as Executive Director, operations and later Acted as MD/CEO of Nigeria Agricultural Insurance Corporation(NAIC).
He attended many courses in Insurance Risk Management and Marketing both locally and overseas including 1 Year full time residential course at (WAII) Banjul, The Gambia, and has over 19 years’ cognate experience in the industry.

Mr. Peter Ekwueme holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from University of Agriculture Makurdi {formerly UNIJOS, Makurdi Campus} and a Master in Business Administration from Delta State University Abraka.
He is a versatile insurance practitioner with vast experience in Sales and Marketing Management, underwriting and operations. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). And prior to joining FIN Insurance. Mr. Peter Ekwueme worked at Cornerstone Insurance Plc for over 24 years in various capacity where he rose to become the General Manager and Divisional Head, Institutional Business responsible for sales and operations of the Special Risk unit, Lagos, Northern, Southern and Western Region.
He has attended various courses locally and abroad including Advanced Management Course on Sales Force Performance Management at Kellogg School of Management, Illinois, Chicago, USA. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Kellogg School of Management and Lagos Business School.

He is the Ag. Regional Manager North/NAICOM Relationship Officer since 2010 to date. Prior to joining FIN Insurance Comp, he worked with National Insurance Commission as Manager Inspectorate and held other positions in the Commission from 1998 -2010.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science (1996) from University of Maiduguri, Master in international Affairs and Strategic Studies from the Nigerian Defence Academy Kaduna (2017). He also has a Diploma in Insurance (Distinction) from the famous West African Insurance Institute WAII (Gambia) 2000.
Nasir is a Chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He has over 20 years working experience spanning from Insurance Regulation and Industry practice.

He is a trained sales person with over fifteen years experience in selling and underwriting He started his insurance career after his NYSC with Cornerstone Insurance; he worked in the Claims department and rose to become the Kano Branch Manager and later the Abuja Branch Manager respectively. He is on the team that was seconded to Fin Insurance Company Ltd in 2014 from Cornerstone Insurance where he served as the Acting Head of Technical and Presently he is the Ag. Head of Marketing over-seeing the Head Office sales team. He is an Accounting graduate who has switched over his career to insurance. He is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria and also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He has attended several local and international courses on insurance sales and underwriting.

She holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from Bayero University, Kano and an MBA at (ATBU). Before joining Fin Insurance Co. Ltd, she has over fifteen years of Banking experience, she worked with the defunct Inland Bank/Finbank at managerial position.

Taiwo is a graduate of Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State. She is a Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), London. She also holds Masters in Business Administration (International Business) from Lagos State University. She has to her credit a Diploma Certificate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). Before she joined FIN Insurance Company Limited in 2019, as the Ag. Chief Financial controller, she worked with Leadway Assurance Company Limited for fourteen years where she handled various Accounting functions including Treasury, Property, Plant and Equipment Accounting, Investment Accounting, Payables and Receivables Reconciliation, Special Risk Accounting, Reinsurance Accounting, Payroll Accounting, Prepayment and Accruals Accounting, Budget and Variance Analysis, Financial Analysis, Bank Reconciliation, Inter-company Accounting, Branch Operations. She later rose to be the Team lead, Management Accounts and Financial Reporting, a position she held till her resignation. Prior to joining Leadway, she had worked in the Hospitality and Telecommunications industry.
